Self proclaimed as the most powerful sorceress in Xin, Oolandra brews and sells potions, charms, magical paraphernalia, and uncommon books at a small run-down shop in a ‘colorful’ section of town. Opinions are divided as to whether or not she can actually cast curses; with some swearing to have been cursed, and others claiming it’s simply a case of weak-minded individuals who believe they have been cursed. Her species appears to be ‘mostly’ human, with enough non-human characteristics for various wagging tongues about town to speculate her ancestry to be part nekojin, or perhaps part nekojin, part elf. Or perhaps something else entirely. Given the difficulties in attracting skilled mages to Xin, seemingly the only matter of agreement among townsfolk, is that they tolerate her eccentric behavior as a matter of necessity, not choice.
Often seen wearing a pointy hat large enough that some might mistake it for a small tent, and a theatrical black cape, she alternates between a full-length black dress, or occasionally a full-length skirt with an ivory bustier. Although not averse to letting various sections of her pale skin flash through strategic gaps in her attire, she has never been seen wearing anything that would reveal the slightest bit of her legs: a choice in attire that must be uncomfortable during hot summer days in Xin.
